[welt]blick Spring 2024
Over the past few months, more than 150 educators from various South American countries have completed their twelve modules of further training to become emergency educators. Participants from Chile, Argentina and Uruguay came together in Argentina for the last module. The exchange about individual projects of the individual participants, but also about larger projects of the country teams, such as working with women and children in prison (Uruguay) or missions after fires or earthquakes (Chile and Argentina), motivates us all to keep going. To help children and young people with traumatic experiences to come to terms with what they have been through. In this issue of [welt]blick, we report on emergency and trauma education work in Chile, Iraq and the Ahr valley.
[welt]blick Spring 2023
The Friends of Waldorf Education's emergency education team is continuously working to expand and consolidate its worldwide network. In the meantime, teams have been trained in 24 countries. In the event of a crisis they can help quickly, free of excessive bureaucracy and, above all, sustainably. In this issue of our magazine [welt]blick we show you examples from Kenya, Colombia, Ukraine and South Africa.
