Nana Göbel
* 1955, Waldorf school Pforzheim, 1974-79 studied classical archaelology, egyptology and ancient history. In 1976 she helped found Friends of Waldorf Education and since 1978 has been on the board. 1979-83 International Youth Work at the Goetheanum; 1987-96 training as a banker, co-worker at the GLS Bank in Bochum, 1988-96 Arbeitskollegium of the Anthroposophical Society in Nordrhein-Westfalen; 1989 Co-founder and board member of the European Forum for Freedom in Education, 1993 co-founder and board member of the „Zauberstäbchen“, society for humanitarian help and support for children in need in South East and Eastern Europe; 1993-96 member of the board of Gemeinnützige Treuhandstelle Bochum, since 1996 executive board member of Friends of Waldorf Education; since 1999 in the initiative group of the Anthroposophical Society in Berlin; 2003-08 General secretary of the Anthroposophical Society in Germany.
